Over 120 volunteers from the districts of the Permanent territory of work 20 Przemysl OT Brigade began their service in the Polish Army. They will undergo basic and compensatory training.
20 The General Stefan Rowecki Territorial Defence Brigade of Przemysl again enlarged its ranks. Among the volunteers from the districts of Jarosław, Lubaczów, Przemysl, Sanotsky, Leski, Bieszczady, Birzozowski and Przeworski, who decided to start their adventure with territorial military service under the “WOT Vacation” are both novices who have never been in the military before, as well as individuals after training and military oath, or reserve soldiers. The erstwhile will undergo 16-day basic training of the alleged "sixteen" as part of which they will learn the basics of shooting, principles of behaviour in the field of combat, tactics, first aid, as well as communications and topography. The basic training will complete the test of acquired cognition and applicable skills, the alleged "tactic loop" and the solemn oath, which will take place on 9 August in Babice, together with soldiers of 1 battalion of crane tanks. In turn, the reservists will undergo 8-day compensatory training.
Among the volunteers who this weekend have come to the industrial unit for basic training are students, employees of state and local institutions, military civilian servants and unemployed – I joined the OT due to the fact that I was never in the army and wanted to effort whether I could physically and mentally and meet fresh people.
