The inclusion of Polish companies in the global supply chain of Lockheed Martin products and the creation of a training centre in Poland for F-35 service – this is only part of the proposals that the American arms company is sending to Polish partners. How to increase cooperation, Lockheed Martin representatives spoke during the global Defence manufacture Salon.
Specific plans and visions for the improvement of Lockheed Martin in the context of cooperation with the Polish defence manufacture and the Polish air force were presented at MSPO 2025 by Jonathon Linn, global Business improvement at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, and Robert Orzowski, manager of Business improvement Lockheed Martin in Poland. Now we are going to ask companies to sign the memorandum of knowing within 3–6 months," said Jonathon Linn.
Training centre for 5th generation fighters in Poland?
Jonathon Linn besides raised the issue of building Polish capabilities for the operation of F-35 fighters. In his opinion, a training centre (center of excellence) may be established in Poland, which will benefit not only Polish maintenance specialists.
