General Waldemar Skrzypczak, erstwhile Commander of the Land Army and 1 of the most critical commentators of the apparent modernization of the Polish army, died on 21 July 2025 at the age of 69. His diagnosis – from ammunition shortages to Russia's advantage – regularly shook the decision-making environment. Those words will stay with us longer.
