US lifts restrictions on AI chips, PiS declares "Nawrocki's success". What truly happened?

The Trump administration will not, however, introduce restrictions on the export of chips utilized in artificial intelligence systems. They were expected to apply to a large group of countries, including Poland. PiS politicians claim that this is simply a "success" of Karol Nawrocki's fresh visit to the US. The facts we have analyzed do not confirm this thesis.
