Controversy over text messages sent by the head of the European Commission

During a press conference, the European Commission came under fire regarding text messages exchanged between European Commission president Ursula von der Leyen and Albert Bourla, CEO of Pfizer, during the COVID-19 pandemic. The reason was the decision of the Court of Justice of the European Union in this case. The complaint against the EC was filed to the CJEU by the American paper "New York Times"
