As part of this year's largest Federation of Armed Forces exercises – “Iron Defender–25”, soldiers of the 3rd Podkarpackie Territorial Defence Brigade carry out intensive activities in the field. 1 of the key episodes is now taking place during the Firestorm–25 exercise, where reflection stations act as the “eye” of the battlefield.

From reflection stations located in hard-to-access areas, 3 PBOT soldiers conduct 24/7 monitoring, identify threats and transmit data to command stations. Their effectiveness is not only technology and equipment – it is besides experience, precision and readiness to operate in all conditions, both day and night.
“The reflection stations are the eyes of our soldiers. During the "Fire Storm-25" exercise, soldiers with 3 PBOT monitor the area 24/7, detect threats and transmit data to command. Quick, precise, effective. This is simply a real preparation for effective action in the event of a threat,” said Colonel Michał Małyska, commander of the 3th PBOT.
3 Lt. Łukasz Ciepliński, the Podkarpackie Territorial Defence Brigade, was formed in the first phase of the formation of the Territorial Defence Army. This is simply a formation of active soldiers – many of them experienced volunteers from the region, combining professional life with service. Their cognition of the area, their readiness to act make the brigade play an crucial function in the national safety system.
The brigade consists of battalions of light infantry deployed in Rzeszów, Nisk, Dębica, Nisk (finally Tarnobrzeg). The brigade commander is Colonel Michał Małyska.
"Fire Storm–25" is yet another proof that the Territorials of Podkarpacie are ready to respond – quickly, precisely and effectively.
