RECLAMA

Running was natural

Why run? For Natalia Bukowiecka athletics was a natural choice – she did not gotta think about it for long. athletics was always present in her life, her parents valued physical activity, and her older sister besides trained on the treadmill. However, not immediately did the future champion know that sprint was her strongest side. At first she tried various competitions – the first coach made certain she could prove herself in all 7 disciplines of the multi-gauge. “I just like to run and I was good at it from the beginning,” she admits. But talent and natural predisposition are only part of success. “The most depends on hard and consistent work,” he says.

As he emphasizes, this applies not only to professional athletes, but besides to anyone who wants to make a good form and to take care of his condition. “Self-discipline and regularity are fundamental,” he says. She doesn't have a problem motivating herself to practice. – I do what I like, so going to practice is not a sad work for me to make. Doesn't mean it's not very hard. Sometimes I am exhausted, but I know why I do it – he adds.

Master Training

And he trains truly intensely, especially in groups. all day is filled from morning to evening. I'm starting at 8:00 a.m. this morning before breakfast. This is not a classical training, alternatively a body mobilisation, breathing exercises, stretching, a small movement to awaken – describes Natalia Bukowicka. Then breakfast, a minute of remainder and first training. After dinner, another one. During the day, he inactive has time to meet with physiotherapist and psychologist. “There is barely a free man,” he admits. But the jogger assures that she cares about a dream that is as crucial to her as training.

Apart from the groups, her plan is simply a small looser, but there is no laziness. He trains on a weekly schedule, taking into account 1 day of rest. “Regeneration is besides needed,” he stresses. The most crucial of course are moving workouts, which he has scheduled 4 times a week. And although the laicas may seem a monotonous and not spectacular sport, Bukovicka does not complain about boredom. – There are many elements to work in this discipline: moving power, jumping, endurance. Each training is different – sometimes they are shorter runs, sometimes longer, runs, changes in pace... – he calculates.

It is equally crucial for her to exercise force. He spends at the gym at least 2.5 hours twice a week. It is essential not only to accomplish the best results on the treadmill but besides for health. decently balanced muscle strengthening helps avoid injury. And while the strength training of runners is primarily focused on the most crucial from the point of view of this discipline of the lower body parts, Natalia Bukowicka tries to guarantee that the full body develops harmoniously.

More than sports

– Running is my job. – says Natalia Bukovicka. – I live on it, so training and training are just my professional duties. But those that give me quite a few pleasance – he adds. Sport, however, is more than just a way to live. In retrospect, she sees how much she gave her treadmill. I learned to manage time well due to the fact that I don't have much. I understood what patience and perseverance was – without them it is impossible to succeed. I have developed a determination and motivation to act," she says. He besides stresses that it is not essential to be a professional athlete to benefit from the same benefits. Anyone who regularly trains strengthens not only the body but besides the psyche. – athletics shapes mentality, it is part of self-development – it convinces.

Running gives her another bonus – regular workouts aid to keep weight and shape. “I will not pretend that it doesn’t matter,” she admits. But he knows that training alone is not enough. A balanced diet is crucial. I'm trying to be reasonable about this, so I don't get besides far. I stick to a strict government before taking off, but all day? If I want pizza, I'll eat it after practice. It is crucial to keep moderation," he says. The same advice is given to anyone who wants to take care of the form. besides restrictive a diet rapidly leads to a decrease in motivation and a return to old habits. “A healthy lifestyle is not just renunciation, but above all balance,” he concludes.

For pleasure

Natalia Bukowicka is in top form and is not reasoning about sports retirement. However, he realizes that in the athletics world, career termination must be decided sooner than in many another professions. What's next? He doesn't know it yet, but 1 thing is certain – he can't imagine life without activity. - Will I be a coach? Will I inactive be active in athletics, or will I effort something completely new? Time will tell, he says.

She knows that erstwhile the minute comes to say goodbye to competitive sports, fresh opportunities will be opened up for her. athletics will cease to be a medal fight, and will become a origin of pleasance in the first place. Before she began professional training, she enjoyed winter activities, skiing with her parents. Now he can't afford it – the hazard of injury is besides high. But in the future? Why not?
