The NGO Transparency International/Georgia published a study on the repression of Georgian Dream parties carried out in state institutions, assessing that up to 700 workers were dismissed for political reasons.
The organization claims Gru Zińskie Dreams is attempting to suppress the wave of protests by completely subjugating the civilian service of the party. To this end, the organization oligarchy of Bidzina Ivanishvili since December 2024 introduced 4 repressive amendments to the civilian Service Act, which importantly worsened the legal protection of public workers and de facto abolished the improvement of the civilian service, carried out over the years with the support of global organisations and a essential condition for Georgia's integration into the European Union.

- House of Justice

- Local governments in Signagi, Lagodechi and Adigeni
- Ministry of Finance and the Autonomous Economy of the Republic of Adjaria
- Department of Tourism and wellness Resorts of the Autonomous Republic of Adjaria
- Georgia ultimate Judicial Council
- Government Administration
- Personal Data Protection Service

- persons working in the diplomatic service are no longer treated as appointed permanent officials and are released after the resignation of the Minister.
