The full case began with an entry on X (formerly Twitter), where the user, who was to be a soldier of 1 of the units, accused the Ensign of inappropriate comment on “the colour of her mouth”. The post besides suggested that conflict may have a second bottom – the girl was to be the daughter of the colonel, which was expected to affect the course of the situation.
It would seem to be another communicative in the life of an individual military, It's an interior solution. In the meantime, General Wiesław Kukuła – the most crucial figure in the command hierarchy of the Polish Army – referred to the case publicly.

"My people will verify this case. If it is confirmed, it will be a good example of the most first application sent to the highest superiors for discharge from military service," wrote the gen. Cuckoo on the X portal, responding to an entry for a soldier.
He added: “My answer — transparent standards and individual approaches. Being someone's boy and daughter doesn't quit or forg anyone. This case has become media. But most specified crises are resolved without media participation by leaders of different levels."
At the same time, the Chief of General Staff noted that the Territorial Defence Army from which the soldier is to come was not straight subject to him. "I have no disciplinary and staff power over formation," he stressed.
Surprised by erstwhile Commander of the Land Army
General Kukuła's public engagement met with criticism from General Waldemar Skrzypczak, erstwhile commander of the Land Army. In an interview with “Fakt”, he stated:
— It is at least amazing that the Chief of the General Staff is engaged publically in the case of an individual soldier. This should be done at unit commander level.
Skrzypczak besides added: "Never the individual problem of a soldier was commented on by the Chief of the General Staff, who makes strategical decisions. We have much more crucial problems to solve at this point than this.
In his opinion, specified situations are the domain of press agents of individuals, not the highest ranking officer in the Polish army.
Should the army stay silent?
The issue raises wider questions about the boundaries of military communication in social media. Should the army be more open to criticism, bottom-up signals, and respond immediately in the 21st century, or should they stick to conventional command paths? another military men besides speak.
