The court decided in the case of Lasek v. Macierewicz

By the decision of the court, Antoni Macierewicz is to apologise to the erstwhile president of the State Commission for the Investigation of Aviation Accidents Maciej Lask, and besides to pay PLN 20 000 to the WOŚP. The final conviction is connected with accusations led by Macerewicz about the Smolensk disaster.
