"We are not talking about how many cases have been thwarted, due to the fact that we do not want to origin a temper of panic, but vigilance is advanced and our services have been on standby for respective months," says Lieutenant General Sgt. Mieczysław Bieniek, erstwhile NATO Deputy strategical Commander, advisor to the head of the Ministry of Defence, commenting on events that may be elements of Russian hybrid actions.
