"Putin's Truce". Sumy Oblast under fire, fighting continues on the front

Following the announcement of a "humanitarian truce" by Russian leader Vladimir Putin, guided bombs have been dropped on the Sumy region in northern Ukraine. According to Ukrainian soldiers, fighting on the front is little active, but "it doesn't even odor like a truce."
