The trial of Zbigniew Komosa against Jarosław Kaczyński was dismissed

The court dismissed the infringement of physical immunity which Jarosław Kaczyński was about to commit against activist Zbigniew Komosa, who blamed the Smolensk president Lech Kaczyński for the catastrophe.
