According to investigators, Matecki participated in setting competitions for grants from the FS and bringing public money to associated organizations – the Fidei Defensor Association and the wellness Friends Association, as well as suspected that his employment at the State Forests Directorate in Szczecin from 2020 to 1923 was fictional. In total, the D.A. suspects a associate to commit six criminal offences at hazard of imprisonment for up to 10 years.

On Wednesday evening, the MP reported that he himself waived immunity. In specified a situation, the formal correctness of the Member's declaration of waiver of immunity shall be assessed by the Sejm's Rules of Procedure, Members' Affairs and Immunities Committee, which, on Thursday morning, declared Matecki's declaration to be gathering the "formal correctness requirements". The opinion of the committee on the substance will go to the talker of the Sejm, who will then inform the prosecutor that the associate is not protected by immunity. Regardless of the fact that after Matecki's waiver of immunity, the vote on the waiver of immunity became irrelevant, the Sejm had to vote on the consent to detention and temporary arrest of a associate in connection with the matter.
