After many months of negotiations, the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic informed that it had agreed to the terms of the agreement to extend the lease of Swedish fighters JAS-39 Gripen for its air force. This decision is intended to keep the continuity of Czech combat aviation in the face of waiting for F-35 aircraft.
