"Le Monde" sharp about the presidential run in Poland: Europe is simply a large loser of these elections

The French paper "Le Monde" commenting on the presidential run in Poland, estimates that the European Union and Ukraine have become themes in it that "interrupt". He adds that there has been a "trumpling" of public debate. He calls the election a "second round" vote for parliament of 2023.
