PiS MP Przemysław Bogucki will become head of the office of president Elekt Karol Nawrocki. Bogacki announced that the first legislative initiatives would be ready in the first days of the presidency. The first is to be about the Central Communication Port. Working with the current government can be difficult.

Przemysław Bogucki, presently a PiS MP, was appointed the head of the office of president Elekt Karol Nawrocki. Nawrocki gave this information on Monday. Bogacki described his future work as "a very serious mission, especially in these hard times, especially with this government we have."

When asked about cooperation with the current government, Bogacki estimated that "it would most likely not be easy cooperation". In his opinion, Prime Minister Donald Tusk's statements on future cooperation with Nawrocki are "a further announcement of a kind of fighting democracy".

First initiatives in August

Bogacki assured that president Nawrocki would respect the constitution and implement the electoral promises. The first legislative initiatives are to be ready "in the first days" after taking office. The first concerns the Central Communication Port, which - as Bogucki said - "united many Poles from different political backgrounds and what the government did not want".

The future head of the law firm positively assessed the composition of Nawrocki's team. He stated that they are people "from different backgrounds, with different sensitivity, but they are all highly hardworking professionals in their fields." He emphasized that the president-elect "is known to be working very hard, very intensely".

Key positions in the firm

Adam Andrushkiewicz, besides a PiS MP, will be the deputy of Bogucki in the presidential law firm. The head of the president's cabinet will be Paweł Chiefernaker (PiS), who led Nawrocki's election staff. His deputy will be Jarosław Dębowski, erstwhile manager of the IPN president's office.

The spokesperson for the President's Chancellery will be Rafał Leśkiewicz, Nawrocki's associate with the IPN. Marcin Przypocz (PiS) will be liable for global matters, which already at the time of Andrzej Duda's presidency led the presidential office of global Policy.

Security and Swearing

The head of the National safety Bureau will be Sławomir Cenckiewicz, and his deputy generals Andrzej Kowalski and Mirosław Bryś. Nawrocki had previously announced that he would announce his legislative initiatives 1 day after the oath, or 7 August.

Speaker of the Sejm Simon Holovnia convened the National Assembly for August 6, during which Nawrocks will take the presidential oath. President-elect stated that "there will be many of these initiatives in the following days of August".
