Anna Bryłka, a Confederate politician, expressed concerns about the alleged "Building Directive", which aims to introduce zero-emission of buildings. It stressed that there was a hazard of failure of the rights to usage buildings in connection with these records.

In the radio programme on WNET Radio, Anna Bryłka besides addressed agricultural issues and the European Green Deal. She stressed that despite the Prime Minister's promise to organise a circular table for farmers, the promise was not kept.

“The EC was to retreat from the European Green Deal and to date has withdrawn from the regulation to ban restrictions on plant protection products,” she added. She pointed out that there were no fresh steps in this regard, but “cosmetic changes”.

“There is no large step backwards erstwhile it comes to climate policy in agriculture,” she said.

“Starting with the energy efficiency class, certificate or renewal passport,” stressed Bryłka.

“The EPBD Directive is simply a directive that a associate State must implement. It is actual that a associate State has any “seekers” to introduce different solutions, and it is not entirely clear what form it will have in the Polish legal system, while any guidelines in it show that this will be a large revolution for the owners of buildings, especially the most issue ones, namely the poorest and poorest ones, who simply cannot afford to carry out this renovation”, she continued.

“The zero issue that is to be achieved in construction in 2050 imposes quite a few obligations on those who want to build a house. ... Zero-emission buildings in the public sector since 2028 and in the private sector since 2030. What does that mean? These buildings will be a very tiny part of Polish society,” said the typical of the Confederation.

When she was asked what would happen to those already surviving in a circumstantial building, she replied: “Depending on its heat sources, the ban on fossil fuel backing from next year but mostly the withdrawal of fossil fuels by 2040.” As she added, “it means that individual who has a home has to prepare for the fact that if it has gas heating for example, it has to retreat from it in any time”.

She pointed out, citing the answer of the Ministry of Climate and Environment, that the origin of backing for the essential renovations required by the Directive was unknown.

“It may turn out that they will should be financed from private pockets of Poles”, she added.

She stressed that people surviving in old homes are in the most hard situation.

“I can imagine that you are losing the right to usage specified a building,” she said.

"I hope there will be no specified situation, but the directive provides that penalties will be imposed for failure to comply with this directive", she pointed out.
