The subsequent buildings of the Stargard Social Construction Society regain the old glow. The buildings at 27 and 27a M. Konopnicka Street and 9a Młyńska Street are being thermomodernised. Their tenants will gain more comfort and safety, and the city will improve aesthetics. Additionally, residents of the building at Młyńska Street will gain fresh toilets in apartments alternatively of on stairs. Work goes as planned. All repairs should end late this year.
Stargardzka TBS already has documentation for the renovation of buildings at 21, 52, 54, 54a. shortly the company will apply for backing for thermomodernisation of these tenements. If everything goes well, the work could start this year. Further renovations are besides planned – documentation is being developed for the modernization of buildings at 19, 21 and 22 M. Skłodowska-Curie Street.
