The case for violation of physical immunity by Jarosław Kaczyński has been completed for the time being. The territory Court for Warsaw-Śródmieście issued a decision on Thursday.


The territory Court for Warsaw-Śródmieście decided on Thursday to discontinue proceedings against the president of Law and Justice Jarosław Kaczyński, as told by PAP. The case was under indictment by private Zbigniew Komosa, who accused the politician of violating physical immunity.

The ruling is not final. Zbigniew Komosa has already announced an appeal to the higher court.

What's this about? Warsaw's entrepreneur Zbigniew Komosa has been placing a wreath with a plaque at Piłsudski Square in Warsaw, where the inscription blaming Lech Kaczyński for the death of passengers Tu 154 in Smolensk is displayed all period since 2018.
