The territory Court for Warsaw-Śródmieście decided on Thursday to discontinue proceedings against the president of Law and Justice Jarosław Kaczyński, as told by PAP. The case was under indictment by private Zbigniew Komosa, who accused the politician of violating physical immunity.

The ruling is not final. Zbigniew Komosa has already announced an appeal to the higher court.
What's this about? Warsaw's entrepreneur Zbigniew Komosa has been placing a wreath with a plaque at Piłsudski Square in Warsaw, where the inscription blaming Lech Kaczyński for the death of passengers Tu 154 in Smolensk is displayed all period since 2018.
It was no different in April 10, 2024, on the 14th anniversary of the disaster. The inscription on the attached plaque proclaimed: "Memoirs of 95 victims of Lech Kaczyński, who, ignoring all procedures, ordered pilots to land in Smolensk in highly hard conditions. remainder in peace. The Nation of Poland".
Jarosław Kaczyński, utilizing a sharp tool, tried to cut off the plaque, and erstwhile this failed, decided to take the full wreath from the monument. He took a bundle to the car without responding to the words of a police officer trying to halt him.
– Don't tell me I can't. It is in an utmost way, insolent, Putinowski offends my brother – said the leader of the Law and Justice.
