You film, you shoot? From Thursday, be careful what, who and where. On 17 April, a fresh regulation of the Minister of National Defence concerning the image of the facilities related to State safety entered into force. The rules introduced are intended to defend against the actions of abroad intelligence services. A fine, even a detention, is punishable for not respecting them. And the seizure of the camera or the telephone is almost certain.
