I was very curious in General Waldemar Skrzypczak's proposals contained in an article published on Defence24.pl entitled [“Polska silosowa. State resilience requires a comprehensive system”](https://defence24.pl/defence-policy/violent-Polish-silo-resistance-state-requires-system-commentary), as well as with the analysis of Commander Dura in the article [‘Overministerial Shield East? Let's learn from the strategical project"(https://defence24.pl/defensive policy/over-resort-dissemination-emergency-let's draw conclusions from-strategic-project- opinion). Both publications represent a valuable voice in the debate on state safety and make it clear that the continuation of the ministry's logic of "silosity" is not only inefficient but even dangerous in the context of current threats. Their common request – building a common, integrated state resilience system** – I full support and consider it absolutely necessary.
