Lecture on 5. Symposium on 27 April 2025 at Stadthalle Falkensee on the subject "The danger of war and peace: Europe's prospects in turbulent times"

1. Looking Back

Those who want to realize today's conditions must look back and look more closely at the times after the breakthrough: After 1989, the planet could make in peace, freedom and knowing among nations. "Liberal Democracy" as supposedly the highest phase of human improvement won the systemic conflict. Francis Fukuyama announced “The End of History”. As conceited as we know today, due to the fact that things were going completely differently due to the fact that things were going to turn out differently: the centres of Western power under the leadership of the United States decided on a completely different path. They wanted to usage the collapse of the USSR and the disappearance of systemic competition to extend the undeserved growth of power and put the US's existing claim to planet dominance for decades at the top of the political agenda.

2. Upfront marketplace coup — expropriation and deprivation of rights as interior war

After a breakthrough in Germany, Treuhand was installed, exempt from “dangerous negligence” to privatise the full GDR economy. 3. Refusal of the German-wide Constitution

It is crucial to note that the unification took place not through a constitution, but through the accession of the GDR to the West Germany under Article 23 of the GG in the old version of 1949. The constitutional process for the full of Germany, as provided for in Article 146 of the GG, could enable democratic participation of citizens and the protection of the social state and the construction of democracy which deserves its name.

“This constitution, which, after the end of German unity and freedom, applies to the full German people, loses its power on the day the Constitution passed by the German people in a free vote enters into force.”

Exactly this constitutional process the authorities did not want to begin. The fresh German-wide constitution based on a common good orientation on the 1 hand and on a market-based globalisation process on the another would exclude each other. And so it is entirely logical that the German political class refuses its nation, even after 35 years, to formulate a constitution as provided for in Article 146 of the Basic Law. This refusal itself can be understood as a “top-up coup” and alongside privatising orgies as another interior war, but this is not the end.

4. The parties turn into an oligarch caste

The political establishment of this country, analogous to the transformation of the economy and society over decades, has evolved into an increasingly insolent, mostly harmonised and detached from public opinion caste of oligarchs who trample upon the nation. The parties turned into a organization cartel, a syndicate, and even organization clans, which under government work merged with the corporate industry. On the collapse of Western democracy, Italian philosopher Paolo Flores d’Arcais wrote in 2004:

“We experience ... the real collisions of civilization, but in the West itself, between democracy as a pure gibberish of the establishment that tramples its principles in the garbage of everyday rule, and democracy taken seriously with its unbreakable, essential demands. Between the hypocrisy organization and the cohesion party. Between the will to keep the promise contained in the Constitution and the increasing immense disproportion that will force the West to deny its values besides in the constitutions."

This slow attack on democracy is over. This developing situation can only be described as "structural violence" and "organised interior anxiety".

5. Global coup — Global fascist assassination

Current governments are determined by the ideology of (global) governance, in which the voice of the public is no longer to be represented at all and so does not occur. The democracy we have known has been abolished and replaced by the global management of many stakeholders, in which the nations have no voice. "Interesaries" are large interest groups, "decisive" who, in the exclusion of public opinion and democratic processes, decide on what the planet should look like in the future. This is "structural violence" in a transnational context.

The same entities are inactive liable for the global coup and are against democracy: the United Nations in (public-private partnership) with the planet economical Forum, the European Commission, OECD, planet Bank, IMF, IZB, the ECB, large banks specified as JP Morgan Chase, UBS, Morgan Stanley, powerful economical actors, organization staff, governments G20 and their technocratic-office cameras, NATO, national military and intelligence cameras, selected NGOs, considered worthy superrich individual actors, “Young Global Leaders” educated by the planet economical Forum (“zombies from the probe”), as well as powerful and influential foundations specified as Rockefeller, Ford, Carnegie, Bill & Melinda Gates, Open Society George Soros, and countless corporate giants specified as Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Accenture, Mastercard, Pfizer, SpaceX, Palantir. They all usurp the function of arrogant “protectors” of nations and in agreement with the military-industrial-investigative-financial-pharmaceutical and digital complex announced the bodies of citizens, through injection regimes and digital IDs, a fresh investment facility, and considered the people themselves a threat to power. The consequence is the digital state of surveillance and control, which in its fascisted final version includes the state of emergency and the fight against riots.

The function of a citizen in the neofeudal digital planet is limited to paying taxes and charges for state services, which either

6. The production of fear and panic of coronavirus — ‘tense strategy’

The goal of the ruling for centuries and longer was to keep the broad population under control through fear and horror scenarios. The coronavirus crisis is simply a perfectly implemented extension of the panic of power by another means. any may remember any of the many bombings: in August 1980, at the train station in Bologna. Since then, there have been bombings in London, Madrid in 2004, Amsterdam, Oslo, Majdan/Ukrainian in 2014, Charlie Hebdo in Paris in 2015, Brussels, Nice, Berlin and Hanau, etc. These attacks usually stay unexplained and die in the darkness of NATO's secret armies, intelligence operations and secret police. All the assassinations active a "stretch strategy", the production of fear in Europe, but besides worldwide.

The primary motive for state panic has always been to compression increasingly higher resources from societies through the production of fear and interior and external enemy. This means that the centres of power usually first make the chaos, threats, crises and wars they supposedly want to defend people from. They produce interior and external wars and make tensions that break down and destruct societies from within. Transnational war gangs request tensions and hot wars to drive their business model. They call for war loudly and are constantly seeking enemies.

7. Coronavirus was a turning point

The coronavirus was, as Prince Charles of that time said, “the window of opportunity” and nothing but a script of exit, transformation, and destruction. Nothing was expected to be like before. The Ideologically harmonised transatlantic caste of “globalists” has placed itself at the forefront of its modeling hierarchy. Chaos, which can be seen everywhere in the world, follows the inhuman script of transhumanists who want to lead the planet through the 17 United Nations Millennium Goals towards the “Great Reset” and the “Fourth Industrial Revolution” — the announced paradise of the fresh planet Deal: man and device are to unite, “have nothing but be happy as never before”.

Only a prosaic question arises: So who owns everything?

At the latest since February 2020, we are dealing with a peculiar kind of pandemic in the West, a political-media plague. This severe structural political illness is characteristic of Western capitalism kind of disaster, at the same time marks the transition to a fresh capitalist profit government and coercion in which "deep and corrupt governments" do the will of NATO's globalists and war supporters, while mainstream media have become a disinformation and hate-inciting industry.

8. Merger of authorities and organised lawlessness

As a consequence of these events and the arrogance of power, citizens have witnessed a far-reaching unification of state authorities over the past 30 years. The executive authority has merged with the global financial, corporate, legal and advisory industries. The executive authority controls the government through the leadership of the organization faction; it has transformed the judiciary, administrative authorities and media complex into tools for combating opposition forces. The separation of authorities, as a basis for functioning democracy, cannot be said at all.

This is not the end: to avoid criminal prosecution, ideologically harmonised organization clans manipulate the legislative process, infiltrate the ministries of justice, prosecutors and courts, ensuring themselves impunity through the immunity of their office.

The organization cartel has besides secured its position legally; the fundamental law states: the parties “participate in political shaping the will of the nation”, “their interior structure must comply with democratic principles”. It could mean anything.

In criminal law §129 of the Penal Code, the parties secured themselves:

There is talk about the creation of criminal unions:

(3) Paragraph 1 — on a criminal organisation — shall not apply,

‘... if the organisation is simply a political organization which the national Constitutional Court did not find to be unconstitutional...’

Isn't that great? organization clans themselves compose the law and decide on party, dirty personnel policy, about who belongs to the national Constitutional Court.

However, globalists do not completely abolish the national state, but abuse the monopoly of state force to apply interior repression and to realize their fantasies of conquest in outside wars. As a result, governments, corporate manufacture and anonymous bureaucracy mutate into networked, criminal political organizations.

The word "CRIMINOCRACY" adequately describes the monstrous syndicate of power of postmodernism.

How can the political system, which is built in an authoritarian-anti-democratic way from the very foundation, bring something another than a simulation of democracy? How do conscious citizens build up on a political strategy that torments their children with the coercion of vaccination and masks, and young people shortly push into a large war? What kind of state of law is it if mentally confused haters can walk freely and call for a large war against Russia? Chancellors Cum-Ex and BlackRock present in Germany — comparable figures in another European countries — top positions in politics. Together with transatlantic networks and global fascists — as I call them — they find the destiny of Germany and Europe.

As the organization cartel divided distant from the citizen, he expressed a social contract, promoted interior tensions through uncontrolled migration, taxation injustice, ongoing wars and tension strategy, lied, pressed and increasingly terrorized, a critical citizen became an enemy and a threat to the organization cartel itself. After the Coronavirus operation, which consumed countless human victims, destroyed the economy and indebted to trillions of dollars, the cruel criminal cartel devised fresh ways of borrowing, which benefited the financial sector, and found it by abolishing the debt brake for the war economy. Growth, investments and fresh profit opportunities for global investment capital. The war in Ukraine and another wars should proceed to supply military support for the expansion of NATO and the EU to the east, which has been in advancement since 1999.

9. Who Are the Perps — Can They Be Peaced?

They're globalists. These include large Money, rich and superrich, oligarchs and plutocrats, capital accumulation centers specified as BlackRock, Vanguard and Co., large Corporations including large Data, large Pharma and large Tech, military-industrial-security complex, peculiar services, secret armies, PR and propaganda agencies, and media conglomerates. Governments are their partners in cooperation and administrative contractors.

Globalists want to block any return to any form of life that would have anything to do with the "normality" we know. In addition to causing fear, their form of government is causing chaos. After the demolition of the economy and society so far, it is no longer possible to return to average life. Globalists will feed and fatten their government with corrupt politicians, scientists, PR agencies, ruling media and propaganda mercenaries as long as essential to implement their desired totalitarian fresh planet Order. There can be no peace in this system.

10. Increase in government debt

Before the coronavirus crisis, Germany's authoritative public debt was about EUR 2 trillion. It took 75 years for all German governments to gather this amount. It took the Merkel Group 3 months to double public debt. No 1 knows precisely how much the country's actual debt can be, hidden in the bad banks and another funds of the EU's liabilities, due to the fact that it is said as much as 17 trillion Euros, so the German government only gives about 1 seventh authoritative public debt.

In the context of the coronavirus pandemic, the 27 EU associate States have besides agreed on a budget and financial package with a historical value of EUR 1.8 trillion. 11. Where do the globalists want to go?

Behind the scenes of infectious diseases, climate change, wars and crises changing the world, globalists are drawn to the strings. The planet is to be forced to decision to a fresh planet Order free of democracy.

It's all about:

• 5G/6G and related satellite technology. The 5G/6G technology is designed primarily for the military, who wants to wage war on a completely fresh territory. 5G/6G networks are installed, but the consequences for people and the environment are completely ignored.

• the net of Things (IoT), the net of Bodies (IoB), the technology of global information society infrastructure,

• the non-cash world,

• totalitarian digital identifiers, including full supervision,

• Mandatory vaccination programmes utilizing genetic and nanotechnology technology,

• artificial intelligence in conjunction with posthumanism and transhumanism, human and device connections, and codification of ownership rights/patents,

• building large-scale digital prisons, digital gulags, called "smart cities".

If we do not want all this, people must take their destiny into their own hands, "adult" in the truest sense of the word, and completely free themselves from the whispers of those who have power.

12. Trust barometer

The American public relations agency Edelman publishes the alleged Trustbarometer all year. For 25 years, Edelmann has been investigating the degree to which society affects governments, the community of NGOs and the media. Over the years, Edelmann has observed a worrying decline in assurance in these institutions.

The PR agency surveyed any 32,000 people in 28 countries worldwide. The worst overall assurance assessments were presented by respondents from the alleged industrialised countries of the West.

• In 2025 69 percent of the world's people were convinced that governments were lying to them, 68 percent – that business leaders were lying, and 70 percent – that media and journalists were lying.

• A full of 65 percent of Germans do not trust the government, 60 percent of NGOs, 60 percent of the economy, 56 percent of the media and 55 percent of the United Nations and the EU.

• W Only 14 percent of German respondents are convinced that future generations can be better.

• 69 percent of the Germans feel average or crucial anger towards government, business and rich.

The question is: how long will the alleged elites and the state be able to stay on the surface erstwhile they have almost completely lost public confidence? And if this trend continues, in my opinion, the rulers will have no choice but to make the state of emergency and to fight the rebellion standard in the functioning of the government.

13. Demands for a fresh Start

Finally, I would like to share any thoughts on the direction in which fundamental changes should take place:

• Solution of the batch in their existing form and function,

• Solution of corruption lobbying complexes,

• The resolution of peculiar services, or at least their mass reduction,

• Termination of all agreements with the global legal and consulting industry,

• Re-establishment of the European Union as “Europe of Nations”,

• Retiring NATO military cooperation, disbanding all military station agreements,

• Withdrawal from the planet Bank, the global Monetary Fund,

• simplification of armed forces to the size needed for national defence,

• An investigation into the coronavirus conspiracy — the arrest of persons liable for this in politics and media by constitutional police and military units and their transfer to a constitutional court due to the fact that the completely corrupt organization scenery is incapable to analyse the case.

• The abolition of political immunity,

• Confiscation of organization assets or political assets in the event of a proven violation of the Constitution or of the law, as well as public damage,

• Penalties for breaking an authoritative oath,

• Strengthening direct democracy,

• Establishment of power-sharing,

• Complete reorganization of the media, i.e. subjecting them to the control of democratic society,

• The fresh generation of politicians must show “in life”, must respect ethical and moral principles, respect the constitution and the law and bear work for this before taking up public office. Not all characterless idiot, not all moron who is so many in the governing party's environment, should hold a political position.

All of this would be tantamount to the establishment of the first after the Constitutional Assembly of the DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC.

My conclusion:

Neither Europe nor Germany have real prospects for the future under the current political system.
