Members of the recruitment committee point out that the substantive test affects many IT fields, but it is not about getting a circumstantial number of points. – It is about determining the level of cognition in selected areas. We are looking for specialists with different competences and this test allows us to choice them – explains the soldier from the recruitment committee and stresses that 1 of the priorities is to find creative people who are willing to take on the challenges themselves. They have innovative ideas, they want to share them and realize them. Candidates who went to the next phase on the same day held individual interviews with recruiters. There were questions about, among others, the motivations of joining the WOT and expectations related to service.
After successful completion of recruitment, volunteers are waiting standard in WOT 16-day training for civilian candidates. And if someone's already served in the military, they're being transferred from a pay telephone to the team. However, reservists will gotta undergo eight-day compensatory training. They are held in various units and, as the commanders reserve, candidates for CyberWOT cannot number on little treatment.
