The Chief of the General Staff of the Polish Army, General Wiesław Kukuła, stated that we must abandon the current command strategy in the Polish Army. The head of the National safety Bureau, General Dariusz Łukowski, wondered not whether the strategy should be changed, but erstwhile it should be done. "In my opinion, it's advanced time," he added.
