It is the management of the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy that is liable for the HoReCa KPO and all another programmes from European funds, which it regularly controls - stated erstwhile president of the Polish Agency for Enterprise improvement Katarzyna Duber-Stachurska. She was dismissed from her position for irregularities in the spending of funds from the KPO.
