A disturbance in the Court. Manowska: The Wilderness of Morals

The first president of the ultimate Court, Małgorzata Manowska, expressed outrage at the conduct of the Court of State judges, who were excluded from ruling on her immunity by decision of a narrow group of members of the Court. In a statement, she wrote about "the savagery of customs" and "an alarming violation of the principles of legal ethics". Most TS judges, as well as the D.A., who requested the removal of immunity, disagree with the ruling.
