The order of the head of the MON to ban the shooting of military facilities and critical infrastructure without authorisation entered into force. Since Thursday, if the services consider that individual violates these laws, they can intervene and impose penalties – fines or detention.
Regulation introduces rules for issuing licences to take pictures military units and critical infrastructure facilities, and peculiarly crucial for the safety and defence of the state. It besides specifies how these objects are to be marked. From Thursday, shooting without approval of these objects will be treated as a violation: endanger to do so fine or detention.
Earlier, due to the deficiency of appropriate markings, Serviceswere incapable to enforce this ban.
