Ukraine's division plan was to be included in a Russian paper predicting the improvement of the military and political situation in the planet by 2045. According to Interfax-Ukraine sources, Russia may effort to transfer this task to the fresh Washington authorities utilizing government brokerage.

The plan is to divide Ukraine into 3 parts. The first includes the lands occupied by Russia, i.e. the Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson, Zaporosian and Crimea, which would be incorporated into Russia. The first assumes a multipolar planet in which key players will divide the spheres of influence. The second script foresees the regionalisation and chaoticisation of the world, which would correspond to Russia's interests, including Moscow's triumph over Ukraine.
The another two, unfavourable variants for Russia, talk about the dominance of the United States and the West and China's accomplishment of the world's leading power status.
