Local governments and the MON will jointly strengthen Poland's wellness and defence system. The "Military Friendly Hospitals" programme provides for better wellness care for soldiers and their families and for the preparation of civilian hospitals in the event of war or crisis. Today, the first 25 medical facilities, mainly from the east of the country, joined the project.
