In consequence to the prolonged armed conflict in Ukraine, the government announced an extension of temporary protection for citizens of this country residing in Poland. Their stay will be considered legal until 6 March 2026 – in accordance with the executive decision of the Council of the European Union, to which Poland is obliged to apply.
