Change at the head of the WOT Training Centre

"The outgoing commandant, Dr. Przemysław Żukowski, came to the Centre with a hard mission to form and proceed [CSWOT's training activities](https://defence24.pl/power-arms/year-pelen-w-w-execution-cswot) and I thank him very much for the effort he has put into the improvement of the Centre, creating here educational potential, individual capacity and carrying out dense tasks given to the teaching unit. The fresh commandant, Colonel Marcin Piwowarczyk, as well as the soldiers and employees of the Centre, faces a fresh challenge of continuing training activities in a fresh location in Grudziądz. However, knowing the service experience of the fresh commander, I believe that he will be perfectly able to cope with this task.".
