Bunkers on private plots close the border with Russia. A NATO country responds to the threat

On Wednesday, 28 October, Estonian Defence Minister Martin Here presented to parliament a plan to build 150 bunkers in the east Virumaa region – straight bordering Russia, part of which the Kremlin has made indirect territorial claims.
