The high-profile decision of the Constitutional Tribunal to delegalize the Communist organization of Poland turned out to be ineffective, 'Rzeczpospolita' learned. The court, which, as a consequence of the actions of president Karol Nawrocki, removed the organization from the register, has entered it back into it.
