Zelenski declares war on false call center

The president of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenski addressed 2 draft laws to the ultimate Council to combat financial fraud. The changes are intended to hit fraudulent call center organizers and those behind schemes utilizing bank accounts and payment instruments.
