"The agreement will enter into force after the sanctions on the Russian Agricultural Bank and another financial institutions active in global food trade have been lifted," reported Moscow on Tuesday.
Another condition for implementing the agreement is, according to the Russian side, to reconnect the designated institutions to the SWIFT global payment system, as described in AFP.
Previously, Washington announced that the parties had agreed to guarantee safe shipping, to cease utilizing force and to prevent commercial ships from being utilized to attack military targets in the Black Sea.
According to the Minister of Defence of Ukraine, Rustem Fatal parties besides agreed to establish a complete ban on attacks on the energy infrastructure of Ukraine and Russia.
