Even during the regulation of the Law and Justice, the Ministry of National Defence set an ambitious goal of building an army of 300 1000 for Poland. At the same time Kosiniak-Kamysz ensures that the professional army is being upgraded – in this area individual equipment of soldiers, which inactive leaves a lot to be desired. According to the Minister, steel helmets, the deficiency of jackets – for example soldiers serving on the Polish-Belarusian border – and another basic equipment are the consequence of negligence of the erstwhile ruling team.

"I found a situation on the border, where there was a deficiency of fluff jackets for winter, and soldiers frequently served in the alleged żalobudki, lacked good equipment. I'm not talking about steel helmets in the full army anymore. It all works out. The process is ongoing," said the head of the MON for “Rz”.

Kosiniak-Kamysz, on the another hand, praised his cooperation with erstwhile president Andrzej Duda, who signed the bill on the last day of his presidency, thanks to which the investment time in the military and the defence manufacture will decrease 3 times. The head of the MON hopes for a akin constructive defence cooperation with the fresh president Karol Nawrocki.
