Mayor of the Frog

on the provision of seats for the free placement of authoritative electoral notices and posters of all electoral committees.
Pursuant to Article 114 of the Law of 5 January 2011. – Electoral Code (i.e. Dz. U. of 2023 item 2408 as amended), Article 30(1) of the Act of 8 March 1990 on Municipal Government (i.e. Dz. U. of 2023 item 40 as amended), in connection with the order of the Marshal of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland of 15 January 2025 on order of election of the president of the Republic of Poland, I manage the following:
- Sites for the free placement of authoritative electoral notices and posters of all electoral committees on announcement boards shall be provided in the City and Żabno Municipality.
- At the same time, it is reserved that on each bulletin board an area of 0,5 m2 must stay free, in order to be utilized by the Municipal Office in Żabno.
- Official electoral notices and posters may be placed free of charge on announcement boards located in the following locations:

- The list of places referred to in § 1 shall be made public by the information of the Mayor of Żabno, by deploring on bulletin boards within the City and Żabno Municipality as well as in the Public Information Bulletin of the Municipal Office
