‘Rzeczpospolita’ obtained data from the Ministry of Digital Affairs on the ‘mobility’ of voters before the II round. And so 235 000 people have since 19 May collected certificates of voting rights in the 2nd round. As many as 622,000 people erstwhile entered the list of voters. And nearly 700 000 people registered to vote abroad.
