The German Chancellor confirmed the abolition of all restrictions on the scope of arms transferred to Ukraine. Kiev gained green light for attacks even hundreds of kilometres deep into Russia. The Taurus rocket supply case was to be handled discreetly, without publicity, but the Chancellor's final statements Germany indicates that it wants an escalation of the conflict.
