On Sunday, May 18, there was a dangerous collision on Kościuszko Street in Wyszków involving 3 vehicles. According to police officers, the perpetrator of the incidental was a 20-year-old Ukrainian citizen who not only did not keep a safe distance, but also... he did not have a driving licence.
How did the accident happen?
According to an officer's report, a young driver driving a Mitsubishi “stood around” hitting the back of the seat. This in turn was pushed into a Toyota standing before it. Fortunately, no 1 was injured and the incidental qualified as a collision.
Serious consequences for the perpetrator
During the intervention, police officers from the Vyszkov road discovered that a 20-year-old does not have the power to drive vehicles. He was fined for causing a collision, but for driving without a driver's license, he'll be held in court.
According to Article 96 Traffic Law, the following shall be threatened for driving without the required privileges:
- fine from PLN 1 500 to even PLN 30 000,
- Prohibition of driving,
- penalties for restrictions on freedom or detention.
Police call for caution
