The large exchange of prisoners according to the expression ‘1000 per 1000’ was completed on 25 May. Within 3 days, the parties recovered a full of 697 people, including 270 soldiers and 120 civilians on the first day (23 May), 307 military on the second day (24 May) and 303 3rd day (30 May). This exchange has been the consequence of talks in Istanbul and has been the largest specified operation since the beginning of the conflict.
