Defense spending in the Constitution? Doubts Not Only in the Sejm

Currently, the amount of investment in defence – to be at least 3% of GDP – is included in the Defence of Homeland Act. This year's expenditure is expected to amount to 4.7% of gross home product, for next year the government plans to make 5 percent.
