The Expert Cybersecurity Training Centre (ECSC) present had the pleasance of conducting a specialized cyberhygiene workshop for ambassadors associated with the Political and safety Committee (PSC), who visited our country as part of the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
The PSC based in Brussels is liable for the implementation of Community abroad policy, safety policy and the defence policy of the European Union. It consists of ambassadors of the associate States and is chaired by representatives of the European External Action Service.
Its main tasks include monitoring the global situation so that it can respond rapidly to emerging threats and challenges on the global stage. The Commission recommends strategical approaches and policy options to the Council of the European Union to support EU safety and defence objectives. Furthermore, the PSC provides guidance and guidance to the EU Military Committee, the Political and Military Group and the Committee on civilian Crisis Management aspects, which are liable for preparing and implementing circumstantial operational activities. An crucial aspect of PSC activities is to guarantee political control and strategical direction of crisis management operations, allowing the EU to respond effectively and coordinatedly to military and civilian crises.

The Expert Cybersecurity Training Centre (ECSC) is simply a specialized unit of the Ministry of National Defence, which was established to support the improvement of soldiers and personnel of the Armed Forces in the area of cybersecurity, IT and cryptology. ESC prepares staff for the full spectrum of cyberspace activities. It coordinates and implements training projects under the MON, in the area of cybersecurity. It is developing training cooperation on achieving interoperability and expertise in IT, cryptology and cybersecurity within NATO and the EU.
