Military triumph at the Sports Gala

On a wave

– I'm truly shocked, I'm so glad! – said the general expert. Zwolińska after receiving the statue championed for triumph in the plebiscite. A happy triumphant female told that as a kid she always watched the athletics Champions Ball and dreamed of winning. – I watched Justyna Kowalczyk, who frequently won this plebiscite, and I thought that I wanted to win it too. However, the older I was, I realized that it would be hard – she added.

As she admitted, this dream drifted distant from her erstwhile she came to the conclusion that a girl from the south of the country, from a tiny village, would be hard to scroll something in a plebiscite, especially as a contender who practiced small popular mountain kayaking. But she did not quit her dreams, she did not give up.

– You gotta do something that will sign up for the cards of Polish sport, and that's what I managed to do," said the canoeist from Central Military Sports Team. She thanked her parents for giving her something that is most valuable in life, or time. The Triumph of the plebiscite besides thanked all her relatives, the people who worked with her for her sports results: coaches, physiotherapists, specialists, and sponsors and everyone who voted for her. – It truly is simply a large honor for me, due to the fact that you had a group of amazing athletes to choose from. And yet these voices were besides on me, and I think they were in large numbers. So I'm very happy for you. Thank you again for all voice – the canoe said.

Claudia Zwolińska pointed out that among the nominees for the title of Sporter of the Year was 11 soldiers of the Polish Army. She besides stressed that although everyone has beautiful creations this evening, the most beautiful are the uniforms of the Polish Army. The uniform featured 1 of the nominees for the plebiscite race – ed. special. Agata Kaczmarska, planet champion in boxing, and Colonel Mariusz Denkewicz, head of the CGM.

In the centennial past of the plebiscite of the athletics Review before Zwolińska there was no triumphant representing mountain canoeing. On the another hand, classical canoeing was practiced only by the 1987 winners: Marek Łbik and Marek Dopierzya. During his speech st. prof. Claudia Zwolińska besides recalled that this year 2 another canoes won the titles of planet champions.

– Greetings my sprint friends, Anna Puławy and Martyna Klatt. This year we did something amazing – said Zwolińska. As she added, after winning the Olympic medal in Paris, she decided she would do anything to guarantee that her discipline and all canoeing had a chance to find themselves in the spotlight. – The canoes are getting stronger in Poland. We're on a wave, and we'll be swimming on it again," said the CGM canoe.

Celebration of sports successes

In the leading 10 of the 91st Plebiscite of the " athletics Review" outside of the St. Wrzed. spec. Zwolińska, from CWZS athletes there was inactive Mr Alexander Mirosław. The planet champion and evidence holder in the sports climb, who won the most votes in last year's plebiscite, this time she had to settle for ninth position.

– I am happy to be here for the 3rd time, for the second time in the top ten," said Corporal Mirosław. At the same time, she stressed that this plebiscite is not truly about places, due to the fact that it is primarily a celebration of sporting successes. She besides pointed out that choosing the best athlete of 25, each representing a different discipline and being absolutely the best in his competition, is simply a completely impossible task.

Kpr. Mirosław congratulated all the nominees for the 2025 title for having achieved absolutely maximum of their capabilities, and wished them good luck for the following years. She besides summed up her last 12 months. The year 2025 saw challenges in many respects, both professional and private.

“Today, in early 2026, I can honestly say that I am very arrogant of myself,” she said. She stressed that she couldn't do it alone. Behind the athlete is the team, the team. Behind my back is actually a staff of distinguished experts and wonderful people. It is primarily, of course, my coach, privately besides my husband," said Fr Mirosław. She besides thanked her sponsors and the Ministry of National Defence, the CWZS, the Ministry of athletics and Tourism and the Polish Association of Alpineism for their support.

At the athletics Champions Gala, the championship statues were besides presented in another categories: “Team of the Year” – volleyball players who won the bronze medal of the planet Championships and the Golden League of Nations; “Trainer of the Year” – Tomasz Dylak, planet Championship Champion of Boxing Champion of the planet Championships; “Sport event of 2025” – organizers of the large Warszawska horse race; “21st Century Prize” – ProfBud; “The Champion of the Century” – footballer Robert Lewandowski and ski runner Justyna Kowalczyk; “Superchampion” – table tennis player Natalia Partyce; “Mecenas of Polish athletics and culture” – Orlen and “Mecenas of Sport” – Totalist Sport.
