There are speculations among the public whether the suspension of the fight in Istanbul will be addressed by Vladimir Putin himself or individual around him. The president of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenski, however, stated that he would hold talks about stopping fights only with Russian leader Vladimir Putin and with no 1 else – the advisor to Ukrainian state chief Mikhail Podolak said.
