A large stir was caused by the words of U.S. peculiar Envoy for Ukraine, General Keith Kellogg, who said on Fox Business that among the considered solutions to the war in Ukraine is the placing of European forces west of Dnieper with the participation of 4 European countries, including Poland. These words were addressed by the Deputy Prime Minister and the head of MON Władysław Kosiniak-Kamish.
