In a survey conducted by IBRIS, 32.4 percent of respondents indicated Rafał Trzaskowski as the winner of the debate. In second place was Karol Nawrocki with a score of 28 percent. The 3rd place came to Simon Holownia, which was indicated by 11.8 percent of participants.
The following places were included: Magdalena Biejat (10.6%), Krzysztof Stanowski (5.3%), Marek Jakubiak (4.2%) and Joanna Senyszyn (0.2%). Maciej Maciak was not even named by a fraction of the voter percentage.
The answer "difficult to say" selected 7.5 percent of respondents.
More than half of Poles followed the debate in Koński. In the poll, an absentee got hit.
The survey showed that as many as 55.5% of respondents watched the debate in Koński. This means that the event enjoyed considerable interest, even though any candidates did not decide to participate. The debate conducted jointly by the 3 largest stations – TVP, Polsat and TVN – attracted public attention on Friday night.
The IBRiS besides asked about assessing the decisions of candidates who did not appear in the Horses – including Adrian Zandberg and Sławomir Mentzen. 56.9 percent of respondents were negative, 27.5% were positive, and 15.6 percent were negative.
The survey was conducted on 12 April 2025 by CATI on a typical example of 1067 people.
Two debates in Konski. That's what the candidates themselves think.
The debate in Koński was the first chance for Poles to see presidential candidates in a direct clash. The events were organised in parallel – 1 more reminiscent – a joint rally of candidates took place on the city marketplace and was broadcast by the PiS TV-related Republic, the another took place in the urban sports hall and appeared in major tv stations: TVP, Polsat and TVN.
Emotions about the debate did not go distant until midnight. Rafał Trzaskowski, a candidate for the Civic Coalition, assessed the debate organised by his staff as calm and substantive. – It was an equal debate, nobody had better conditions. Not what he emphasized in 2020.
In turn, Karol Nawrocki, a candidate of the Law and Justice, spared no words of criticism towards Trzaskowski. “The military chief cannot be a coward and the coward has not come to the marketplace in Koński for the second time,” he stated after Trzaskowski did not participate in the debate organised by media financially related to the Law and Justice.
