Any random girl who came along knew that this election-ending Green Deal was a sham. It, like so many another things that have come up lately (Mercosur, migrants, a trade agreement with Ukraine), was waiting under a blanket so as not to upset voters. We pretended, we seduced, but – as the saying goes – you can't blame a guy for trying. At least a girl can't blame you for agreeing to a run date in the park.
