Most Poles do not intend to leave the country after the possible outbreak of war with Russia. The poll of the Pollster investigation Institute for “Super Express” shows that 65% of respondents would decide to stay in the country.
The results of the "SE" survey were published on Thursday. The subjects were asked: “Would you stay in Poland if there was a war in our country?‘.
For specified a question 65 percent of Poles answered ‘Yes’, a 35 percent "no".

The paper pointed out that the fresh debate on whether universal military service should be restored.

It turns out the sentences are divided. 45 percent of us are in favour of compulsory military service, and 42 percent of Poles are against conscription. The paper indicated that men (47%) than women (42%) are more frequently in favour of work to their homeland.

However, as the “SE” states, by far the biggest opponents of the service are Young Poles – only 16 percent of them want to suspend collection.
The survey was carried out on 7-9 March 2025 on a example of 1015 adult Poles.
